1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the "Cell Sort" software application and this website, including but not limited to the game mechanics, source code, pixel art, theme designs, characters (including the Cheese Studios lab technician), and promotional text, is the exclusive property of Cheese Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. SOFTWARE LICENSE

Cheese Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the "Cell Sort" application for personal, non-commercial use on authorized devices only. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the application.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

3. ASSETS & BRANDING

The "Cell Sort" logo, the "Cheese Studios" branding, and all uniquely generated level patterns are proprietary assets. Unauthorized use of these assets in any medium (digital or physical) is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Cheese Studios.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Cheese Studios be liable for any claims, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

5. THIRD PARTY ATTRIBUTION

This software uses the "Press Start 2P" font, designed by CodeMan38, licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. This font is free for both personal and commercial use.
